But as per the sources, only 144 Xiaomi phone will get this update and rest of other will compromise with the MIUI 8. The testing of the MIUI 9 Android Nougat is already started and many beta testers and developers already get this new MIUI 9 on their phone.
The list doesn’t include the original Redmi Note 4 but India variant is likely to get the update. Because Redmi Note 4 is selling with the name of Redmi Note 4X and Redmi 4x. So Indian user will get this new update which is based on the latest Android Nougat.
Xiaomi is expected to start rolling out MIUI 9 based on Android Nougat for eligible devices in the next few days. And very soon these 14 devices will get this new updated version of MIUI 9 on their phones.
