Samsung GALAXY Nexus (Nexus Prime) Specs Leaked

Japanese carrier NTT Docomo today confirmed to launch Galaxy Nexus in Japan next month, They also shown a picture of the phone, called the Galaxy Nexus in the photo. According to them Galaxy Nexus powered with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with a huge 4.7-inch 1280×720 Super AMOLED HD display and will be powered by Texas Instruments’ OMAP4460 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

And the new device will include 1 GB of RAM, as well as 32GB of internal memory, and a micro SD memory card slot for expanding it, which will make it the first Nexus to sport this feature. And about camera it has 5MP camera with full HD video recording support, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 14.4Mbps HSDPA, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS.
