The application allows you to share large files between Android devices using WiFi direct or QR code.
With this application you can share files with the help of Wifi Direct via NFC, if the other device doesn’t has the NFC then you can use the QR code to share the files between the android smartphone or tablets. So lets take a look how the Superbeam application works on the Android devices.
Step 1. Go to the Google play store on your device and search for the free SuperBeam application or you can find the download link at the end of this post. Install the application on your device.
Step 2. Once the application is installed on your device. Go to the File manager of your device, if you don’t have the file manager on your device you can find some of the best Free file manager here.
Step 3. Now from the File manager select the file that you want to send to another android mobile. Right click on the file and hit the share option and after that select the “SuperBeam” option from the sharing list.
Step 4. Now the Superman application will open on your device, activate Wi-Fi Hotspot and display a QR code on your device screen. If the other Android device doesn’t has the NFC feature, you can scan the mention QR code using any Barcode scanner on other Android application and the sharing process will start on the other device. If the two Android devices are not connected to the same Wi-Fi network, SuperBeam will transfer files using Wi-Fi Direct mode.
The application is free to use and works fine on all Android 4.0 and above version, We tested this application on our Nexus 4 and Galaxy S4 and the application works fine without any problem.
