Sprint Drops The Nexus One for HTC EVO 4G
Sprint is now following the footsteps of Verizon, by backing out on its promise to carry the Google Nexus One on its network, and replacing the smartphone with a newer HTC EVO 4G. The HTC Evo 4G is a really powerful phone, and it’s going to be the Android phone to beat once it launches. Sprint originally announced plans to offer the Nexus One, but today they announced that they’re ditching the Nexus One and sticking to the award-winning HTC Evo 4G phone instead. Sprint is not the only carrier to do this. Verizon Wireless also ditched the Nexus One for their HTC Droid Incredible release.

Google Nexus One launches on Vodafone UK
Here is the good news too Nexus one lovers in UK, Vodafone will be launching the Google Nexus One beginning this Friday, April 30 for free on a two year contract with a monthly cost of £35 ($54). Vodafone customers can pre-order their phone today for the April 30th launch. Contracts for the Google Nexus One will be 18- and 24-month with prices starting at £25 per month, and will come with 1GB 3G data allowance with a 1GB WiFi allowance via BT Openzone hotspots.
Vodafone UK customers now have a wide choice of Android phones, truly establishing Vodafone as the home of the Smartphone.

Google Nexus One on Sprint Coming Soon
It’s official, Sprint just announced via a press release that the Nexus One will be available on their network soon. his time the announcement is coming from Sprint. The bad news is that as of now they have yet to announce a specific release date or pricing. Instead it was left as just that a date and price would be “announced soon.” The good news here is that the Nexus One will now be available on all four major US carriers. Additionally and similar to other carriers, it looks like the Sprint capable Nexus One will also be available only by way of the Google Store.
Nexus One runs on Android 2.1, a version of the platform’s Eclair software, which offers advanced applications and features including:

Nexus One Google Phone Pics
Finally, Google will be releasing their very own unlocked smartphone — made by HTC, called the Nexus One. It will reportedly be available in 2010 and run Android 2.1.
As you can see in the image above, the phone looks pretty similar to the leaked image of the HTC Passion, However, the Nexus One does not have the HTC logo.
