To install these update you need a rooted Nexus 4, Follow this guide to Root LG Nexus 4

Step 1. Backup all your Apps, ,messages, contacts, images, video and mails, You can use these free apps to take the backup of your Nexus 4.

Step 2. Enable the USB Debugging. Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging

Step 3. Download Paranoid Jellybean 4.2.1 Firmware Package and Google Apps Package from here. After downloading these file copy both the file on your Nexus 4.

Step 4. Now Enter in Recovery Mode from your Nexus 4. How to Enter Recovery Mode on Android Device

Step 5. In recovery mode select “Wipe data/factory reset” & “Wipe Cache partition”. After this Select Advance and clear the Dalvik cache.

Step 6. Now Select install zip from sdcard and then chose zip from memory card. Navigate to Paranoid Android 4.2.1 zip file. Select it and press yes in next step. Installation will take some time, after this again repeat the same procedure i.e. install zip from sdcard followed by chose zip from sdcard. But this time chose Google Apps Package file.

Step 7. Once the update is complete, you are back to the Recovery mode screen. From here you have to select “reboot system now” for rebooting the device in the normal mode.
